This project entails the construction of an eight-storey (S+7) building designed to accommodate senior personnel. Each floor from the first to the seventh hosts four dwelling units (DUs), complemented by convenient car parking facilities at the stilt level. The structure includes two lifts — a standard 8-passenger lift and a larger 13-passenger lift — enhancing accessibility throughout. A robust down-comer firefighting system is integrated for safety.

Spanning 40,000 square feet, the building emphasises modern living standards with provisions for internal water and electric supply systems. The project also includes a PQC (Pavement Quality Concrete) road for access and durability. External infrastructure includes street lighting, lightning arrestors, and a manual fire alarm system.
