This project involves the completion of balance work and construction of dwelling units for officers and other ranks at multiple sites in Kolkata. The project includes three main sites: Commissariat Road, with two S+9 towers totalling 176,146 square feet; II Line, with one S+11 tower covering 106,008 square feet; and Salt Lake, with six G+3 buildings for JCOs totalling 36,759 square feet.

The construction includes installing lifts (8-pax and 13-pax), a firefighting system with down-comer and wet-riser systems, internal water and electric supply, street lighting, lightning arrestors, a boundary wall, a manual fire alarm system, and area drainage.
