Dwelling Units Incl Allied Services, Kolkata

This project focuses on completing balance works and constructing dwelling units for other ranks at various sites in Kolkata. The project covers five sites: Hasting Line, with two S+9 towers totalling 66,665 sq ft; RRC Fort William, with two S+10 towers covering 73,715 sq ft; OD Line, with four S+10 towers totalling 147,430 sq ft; Raspunja, with two S+7 and one S+6 tower totalling 75,450 sq ft; and Dakshineshwar, with two S+6 and one S+7 tower covering 70,642 sq ft.

The construction includes various lifts (8-pax and 13-pax), a firefighting system with down-comer and wet-riser systems, internal water and electric supply, street lighting, lightning arrestors, a boundary wall, a manual fire alarm system, and area drainage.
