Married Accommodation Project — Indian Navy & Indian Air Force
The project comprised the completion of the balance work for the construction of residential dwelling units (DUs) along with allied infrastructure and services for Officers, MCPOs, Sailors, JWOs, and Airmen at various Indian Navy and Indian Air Force establishments in Mumbai under the DG MAP (Married Accommodation Project).
The scope of work included the completion of RCC framed residential buildings, including garages, main staircases, fire escape staircases, lift lobbies, lift machine rooms, service shafts, plinth protection, steps, ramps, platforms, balconies, built-in furniture, overhead and loft water tanks, fire-fighting water tanks, and all associated architectural, civil, plumbing, electrical, and external development works. The works also included PCC below pile caps, pile caps, connecting beams, and all superstructure works above the piling level, while the piling works were excluded.
The project involved the successful completion of all pending civil, architectural, plumbing, electrical, fire-fighting, and external development works in accordance with approved drawings, technical specifications, and DG MAP quality standards, delivering modern, durable, and functional residential accommodation for defence personnel.
