SALARIA OFFICERS ENCLAVE

The project comprises the Special Repair of 216 Dwelling Units (DU) at Salaria Officers Enclave. The scope of work includes structural rehabilitation and repair of deteriorated RCC members and decayed brick masonry, restoration of damaged internal and external surfaces, and associated civil repair works.

The rehabilitation works involve the use of Micro Concrete, Polymer Modified Mortar (PMM), Ready Mix Plaster, wall putty, and premium-quality paint for the repair and refinishing of internal and external surfaces. The works are being executed in accordance with the approved specifications, drawings, and directions of the Engineer-in-Charge, with a focus on ensuring structural stability, durability, and an improved aesthetic appearance of the residential buildings.
