Sailors Accn, New Delhi

This project involves the construction of two towers designated as S+12, providing housing for senior sailors of the Indian Navy. The project encompasses 72 dwelling units (DUs), with one tower featuring 4 DUs per floor and the other offering 2 DUs per floor, alongside dedicated parking on the ground and stilt levels. Covering a substantial area of 1,02,000 square feet, the structure integrates a pump room and semi-underground sump for efficient water supply and firefighting capabilities.

Essential infrastructure includes internal water and electric supply systems, external electrical and water supply arrangements, street lighting, lightning arrestors, and a boundary wall/fencing for security. The project also includes a PQC (Pavement Quality Concrete) road for access and durability. It was inaugurated by the Chief of the Naval Staff, Admiral R Hari Kumar, PVSM, AVSM, VSM, ADC on 12 April 2024.
