This project involved the construction of a reinforced cement concrete (RCC) framed structure consisting of one block with a Ground + 6 storey layout and another block with a Basement + 7 storeys. The scope of work included the installation of elevators, construction of roads, pathways, boundary walls, fencing, and street lighting.

Additionally, the project featured a pump house, a 25,000-litre underground RCC water tank, external electrification with transformer installation, as well as LT & HT panels. External water supply and other related infrastructure were also part of the development.
