This project focuses on constructing a G+2 building to accommodate personnel from the Dental Centre. With a built-up area of 7,500 square feet, the facility provides living facilities for 13 Other Ranks (ORs), 7 Havildars (Havs), and 2 Junior Commissioned Officers (JCOs).

The project integrates essential infrastructure including internal water and electric supply systems, external electrical and water supply provisions, street lighting, lightning arrestors, and a boundary wall/fencing for security. Comprehensive drainage solutions are implemented, ensuring effective water management.
