This project involves the completion of balance work and construction of dwelling units for officers and other ranks at multiple sites in Kolkata. The project includes three main sites: Commissariat Road, with two S+9 towers totalling 176,146 square feet ; II Line, with one S+11 tower covering 106,008 square feet and Salt Lake, with six G+3 buildings for JCOs, totalling 36,759 square feet.
